Job Description The Customer Development Associate Project Manager will assist the Customer Development Team in a variety of tasks. This position will oversee large retail programs from start to finish (initial item onboarding, item maintenance/compliance, forecasting demand, monitoring shipping/delivery, and customer execution). This role will work and collaborate with a variety of teams including Sales, Purchasing, Forecasting, Marketing, Product Development, Transportation, and Fulfillment. This position will also work to gather sales data, create reports and charts, analyze trends, and report findings to internal and external parties.
Customer Development Associate Project Manager, Club & International Job Duties: As the Customer Development Associate Project Manager, you will take on responsibilities and tasks that will play a big role in monitoring the progress and success of large retail club programs. You will also help organize and provide sales performance insights to the company. Your primary job responsibilities will include:

Oversee and help execute large retail club programs from start to finish. Effectively communicate expectations, standards, and deadlines to all parties while managing various projects and requests. Maintain and capture a full history of files and resources for organization and future reference purposes. Utilize Retail Link, DOMO, and Microsoft Excel to perform essential job functions. Collect sales data from various customer portals, build reports, and analyze data trends to ensure programs are being executed to customer benchmarks and standards. Qualifications For this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented, proactive, organized, a problem solver, and a team player. Optimistic, and highly motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt to change, and manage time effectively. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work/communicate with various groups of team members. Professional demeanor and appearance are a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), previous experience with Retail Link and DOMO is preferred. Long-term commitment is preferred (one-year minimum). Bachelor's Degree completed. Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, Forecasting, or supply chain is preferred. Additional Information Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
