Responsibilities
• Government Road Salt Bid and Contract related data entry in to SAP and Salesforce programs• Support development and maintenance systems and relationships for customer demand forecast• Provide administrative support in executing customer service strategies• Contribute to validate, communicate, and coordinate customer service strategies• Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent• Minimum of two years of related work experience• Microsoft Office suite experience, specifically Microsoft Excel• Associate's degree (preferred)• Salesforce experience (preferred)• SAP experience (preferred)
