Customer Care Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Mastercard and work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat2. Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a professional manner3. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering solutions4. Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial resolutions5. Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans for customer care6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers8. Work efficiently and independently in a remote work environment9. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management

Requirements:1. Adaptable and motivated individual with a positive attitude2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively4. Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment6. Experience with strategic planning and negotiation is a plus7. High school diploma or equivalent required8. Must be legally authorized to work in the US
