Job Description:

Charles Schwab is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and passion. Additionally, we are seeking individuals with strong soft skills in creativity and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.2. Assist clients with account inquiries, trading, and general support.3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.4. Educate customers on Charles Schwab products and services.5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.2. 3+ years of experience in customer service.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
