Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team at DISH Network in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner- Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with a positive attitude- Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills- Resilient attitude and confidence in dealing with challenging situations- High school diploma or equivalent
