Responsibilities
• Answer incoming telephone calls and assist with orders, product, billing, and account services• Guide callers through troubleshooting and using company products or services• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and billing practices• Perform account updates and document conversations• De-escalate situations and offer solutions to resolve problems• Promote additional products and services during calls• Display positive attitude and collaborate with team members• Meet performance objectives• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• 2+ years previous customer service call center or customer-facing experience• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required• Computer proficiency, ability to multi-task• Effective active listening and communication skills• Strong organization and time-management skills
