Handles customer concerns that come in via phone, email, and online by talking with the customer Processes any refunds/concessions/gifts that are necessary Monitors and reply to all reviews across several review sites Manages the day-to-day of our customer referral program 2+ Years of Experience is customer service-related profession Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years Paid community service and wellness days?  Excellent medical, dental, vision, and life coverage (with HSA matching options)? 1:1 match on retirement savings (up to 3.5%)?  Free Home Care Club and 50% discount on the services we  provided Stop by for an onsite interview: Every Friday, at 9 am

Please arrive at 24501 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. This building is the first building you will see with the Thornton and Grooms trucks. We do have two buildings.
Parking: Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line faces away from Halsted (behind the skating rink), where our trucks are. If you are unsure, please ask one of our staff members when you enter the building and they will guide you on where to park.
Plan to be here around 1 hour, we will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with a hiring manager.
