Our team is currently looking for a bilingual, passionate, and experienced Customer Care Specialist to help us maintain the excellence of our Customer Care Department. This role involves no sales activities.
What You Will Do:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will:
Engage with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, email responses, and live chat sessions, adhering to our service level standards.
Prioritize and manage requests from our Top VIP customers, ensuring timely case openings and follow-ups.
Address a wide range of inquiries with superior interaction quality, identifying the root causes of problems, and offering effective solutions or alternatives.
Provide detailed information about our products, programs, compensation plans, and business operations as needed.
Facilitate order processing, customer enrollments, refunds, and new customer setups, including the issuance of RMAs when required.
Offer basic technical support for back-office systems and escalate complex issues to IT Support staff.
Identify and report website issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Keep department management updated daily on the nature of customer interactions, identifying any trends or concerns.
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Document all interactions in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures.
Uphold our brand's reputation by always maintaining a professional, competent, and positive demeanor.
What You Bring:
A High School Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree, additional training, or certification with 0 years of experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a Contact Center Customer Care role or 4 years in a Customer Service position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
Ability to deliver results on time and achieve desired outcomes with moderate supervision.
Capability to work from home in a fast-paced environment with access to a quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
Exceptional customer service skills with an excellent telephone demeanor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Effective listening skills to fully understand the customer's needs.
Innovative problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying effective solutions and suggesting alternatives.
Organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage transactions using systems and tools.
A team player who thrives in a virtual collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands for various tasks.
Must possess specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
