DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for reviewing orders/projects to ensure proper product is included in contract Provide feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representative regarding measurements or pricing issues. Welcome call with new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation date Review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely fashion Provide excellent customer service to our current & past clients Be of service to any customers between sales and install duration HOURS Full-time Monday- Friday and every other Saturday (OT at time and a half) 11:30am- 8:00pm Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES Customer service and data entry experience High attention to detail Basic computer knowledge Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Construction contract experience (preferred) Benefits Hourly pay rate $19.00 to start with advancement opportunities Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans Paid vacation and holidays Paid Training 401(k) retirement savings program, matching at 50% up to the first 6% contributed Advancement Opportunities
