Job Description:
CBRE Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to work remotely from home in Jacksonville, Florida, US. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals with strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Use problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to better assist customers
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and passionate attitude towards customer care- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Ability to effectively manage customer interactions and maintain a positive attitude- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
