Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times- Update customer information in the database during and after each interaction- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote setting- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently- Strong planning and organizational skills- Innovative problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems- Ability to handle high-stress situations with grace and professionalism
