Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Oneok is looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work capabilities in Austin, Texas. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally2. Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and chat3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention5. Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve the customer experience6. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge7. Assisting in the development of customer care strategies and initiatives

Requirements:1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team3. Excellent problem-solving abilities4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software5. Resourceful and able to think outside the box6. Passion for providing top-notch customer service7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment8. Experience in a remote work setting is a plus
