Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise- Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Independent and dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to different customer needs- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred- High school diploma or equivalent
