We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Officer to join our team at DraftKings in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the fast-paced world of online gaming.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Educate customers on our products and services and assist with account management- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management tools
