As a part-time Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the fast-paced world of online gaming.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Educate customers on our products and services and assist with account management- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
