Job Description:

Time Warner is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Care Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Time Warner customers. This role is part-time and entry level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer care.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.4. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements.7. Navigate multiple systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient assistance.8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.6. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.9. Must be resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
