Job Description:

Lithia Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Phoenix, Arizona. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer care management, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving our customer care services to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction- Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed- Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated issues in a timely and efficient manner- Analyze customer care data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize the customer journey- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer care management
