UGI is currently seeking a qualified Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Houston, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, possess strong strategic planning skills, and have exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent service delivery- Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer care- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance overall customer experience- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner- Train and mentor customer care representatives to improve their performance- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience in a customer care management role- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools- Ability to work independently and remotely- Availability to work part-time hours as needed
