Job Description:

American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service and management roles.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed- Implement best practices for customer care and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:- Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong customer service background- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members- Proven experience in a customer care or management role- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
