Job Description:

3M is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas, US. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers.3.
