Job Description:
CH2M Hill is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:- Resilient and reliable personality traits- Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve effectively- Experience with strategic planning and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
