Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Laboratory Corp. of America (LabCorp) is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a remote work position, perfect for individuals looking for flexibility and a chance to work from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with questions about our services- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer database- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
