Job Description:Xerox is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, and possess strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product and service information to customers- Process customer orders and returns accurately- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain customer records and keep accurate documentation- Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
