Customer Care Assistant - Work From Home

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to work remotely from San Francisco, California. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products, services, and policies- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements:- Proven experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset- Resourceful and energetic personality traits- Proficiency in decision-making and negotiation soft skills
