Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and aiding them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with policy changes, claim inquiries, billing questions, and general account maintenance- Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference- Act as a brand ambassador for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group by upholding our values and providing top-notch customer service

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Strong decision-making skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Personality Traits:- Confidence in your abilities to assist customers and resolve their issues- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service

Soft Skills:- Strong decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively- Adaptability to handle changing customer demands and situations
