Customer Care Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

AIG is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues with tact and empathy- Assisting customers with account management and billing inquiries- Processing orders and providing product information- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

- Energetic and hardworking individual with a positive attitude- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team- Strategic planning and critical thinking skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
