Customer Care Assistant

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
