Job Description:
Xerox is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time role at the Associate Level, this position is perfect for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product-related questions and issues- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 4+ years of experience in customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Experience working in a fast-paced environment- Experience with data analysis preferred
