Land O'Lakes is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position is ideal for those with 1 year of experience in a customer service role and who possess strong communication and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently- Assist customers with account inquiries and updates- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction is met
