Jones Financial, a leading financial services company in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an associate level position, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
As a Customer Care Assistant at Jones Financial, your responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services offered by Jones Financial- Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting issues- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Negotiating with customers to find mutually agreeable solutions to their concerns
