Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.7. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.4. Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
