Job Description:
Texas Instruments is seeking a reliable and hardworking Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Strong research skills and adaptability- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
