Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Spectra Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, have strong decision-making skills, and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers- Input and update customer information in the database system- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills
