Job Description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.3. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.6. Deliver presentations on products or services to customers as needed.7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs.8. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.3. Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide solutions.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
