About the Team
The Customer Advocacy team at UKG has a dual mission: delivering digital and high-touch experiences that wow our most engaged customers and connecting stakeholders with customers to close deals. This is a small team that fulfills thousands of reference requests a year and engages our customer fans with gifting campaigns; awards; member-only events; and a VIP experience at our customer conference.
About the Role
The successful candidate will join a small, distributed team located in the US and Canada. The team is part of the Customer Engagement Marketing department. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Customer Advocacy. It can be based in our Lowell (MA) or Weston (FL) office locations.
Leverage UKG's reference management system and other information sources to find best-fit references to fulfill requests from sales, marketing, product, and other stakeholders.
Efficiently fulfill a high volume of sales reference requests.
Work with customer relationship teams to identify and recruit advocates within target accounts.
Efficiently process a high volume of reference nominations.
Actively participate in the delivery of VIP experiences for our reference customers (e.g., awards, gifting, customer conferences, member events).
Follow through on commitments; complete assigned tasks; take care of day-to-day "housekeeping" activities in a timely way.
Communicate clearly within and beyond the team.
Lead enablement initiatives for the sales, implementation, and relationship management teams.
Qualifications
About You
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing, relationship management, or customer success in the high tech industry or 3-5 years at UKG with product knowledge
Experience in presenting to large and small teams
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and deliver on deadline
Collaborative, team-oriented attitude; eagerness to step in and help others when things get busy
Detail oriented (e.g., tracking activity, getting back to people, managing all the details of planning an event or project)
Flexibility to travel a few times a year if interested
Ability to work in our hybrid office/work from home model
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce, Upland Software RO Innovation, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power BI
Experience working at a large B2B technology company
