Custom Home Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage and supervise on-site coordination of all phases of construction on High End Custom Homes.
Responsibilities:
* Management of daily operations of construction projects
* Follow and implement safety procedures
* Coordinate with all professionals involved and more
* Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
* Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
* Assign tasks accordingly
* Framing and Architectural walks
* Communicate progress with clients and project managers

Understanding of Local and State Building Codes
Understanding of Local and State Stormwater Management Practices
* Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Updated Resume/ Project List
* 10+ years of Construction experience
* 4+ years of Management experience in High End Custom Homes
* P rojects ranging from $3 million to $30 million
* Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and scheduling software
Compensation Package:
