• Act as a liaison between LabCorp, customers, and patients• Resolve routine customer requests via calls or the Internet• Qualify and establish new customers• Notify clients of test results• Perform administrative support for medical record management
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent• Previous experience in customer service• Experience working in a contact center is preferred• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
