Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot guest and product issues• Perform mid-shift Cash sweeps as needed• Create product descriptions for items sold in store and online• Perform opening and closing procedures of department as required• Ensure that staff is informed about changes to company products and services• Monitor employees while on shift to ensure that they are conducting their daily duties, tasks, and checklists• Identify opportunities to update or improve procedures and make recommendations to senior management• Allocate work shifts accordingly for easier transitions, this includes communicating with curbside at pre-shift, mid-shift, and closer• Explain the Company's procedures and policies to customers and ensure smooth processing• Provide superior customer service by exuding a friendly, easygoing, and professional demeanor
Requirements
• Data entry skills• Must be 21 years or older• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to perform simple calculations• Possess a valid Nevada Agent Card• OSHA 30 General Industry Certification• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations• Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly preferred
