Position: Culture and Communications Manager
Location: United States, Washington, Kirkland (Remote Position)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $144,500

Culture and Communications Manager Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Communications and Culture Manager to join our team. As the Communications and Culture Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our internal communication landscape and enhancing team culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop & Implement Communication Strategy:
- Create and execute a robust communications strategy aligned with our goals.
- Craft clear and compelling messages for employees, stakeholders, and the business.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Produce engaging content including blogs, newsletters, and vlogs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling content.
- Edit and update various communication materials.
3. SharePoint Site & Content Management:
- Manage the organization's SharePoint site, including content updates and user experience.
4. Team Culture Initiatives & Events:
- Coordinate team-building events, workshops, and cultural initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and inclusiveness.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in communications, culture, D&I, PR, or related roles.
- Proficiency in content management systems and communication channels.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Proactive attitude and strong project management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
