We make bread every day from scratch. Our bread is AMAZING!
We maintain a high level of cleanliness in our kitchen & restaurant.
We work as a Team because Culinary creates the food from a non station arrangement of cooking.
Our level of productivity always keeps us moving because of prep & ticket production.
We work without the use of fryers…….which means we don't provide high fatty fried items rather we OVEN BAKE almost every menu item.
The length of a working shift isn't long and grueling; we close at 8 and 9 pm, so no late nights!
Room for growth and more $$$$ as you learn and progress in the different roles in our Kitchen, bartending or pursue Management.
