Responsibilities
• Use equipment to visualize internal structures, blood flow and obtain measurements.• Practice following protocols and techniques as prescribed by the Cardio-Vascular Medical Director.• Perform exams per protocol using diagnostic criteria and complete required information on PACS.• Promote the smooth and efficient operation of the Imaging Department.• Meet all requirements set forth by accreditation and governing bodies, including JCAHO, federal and state bodies, and department-specific requirements.• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
• Proof of completion of an AAS or equivalent program.• Graduation from an accredited program with clinical experience.• Registered and/or certified by ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, ARMRIT, CNMT, MQSA credential.• License required if required by state.• Current and valid BLS (AHA) certification.• Previous experience in performing imaging on patients of all ages, especially hospital-based experience preferred.
