PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions. Position Overview: The CT Supervisor is responsible for the clinical performance of the CT Scan department and ensures that clinical practices are coordinated and functioning effectively while maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and CMH policies and procedures. This position supervises and coordinates the daily workflow and ensures that safe and effective patient care is provided. The CT Supervisor assists in the development of department policies and procedures and is responsible for the training of new staff members. The CT Supervisor works closely with the Diagnostic Imaging department leadership team to complete employee competencies, training and other departmental projects in a timely manner and is responsible for maintaining clinical efficiency, customer service and quality standards.
Required: Associate of Science degree in Radiology Five (5) years' CT Technologist experience in an acute care hospital Current California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (CRT) certification Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)(CT) certificationCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Leadership experience in an acute care hospital Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management Bilingual in Spanish When it comes to quality, we're 5 Star!
