Csr/Rental Coordinator

Our Ohio dealerships have been proudly serving the Lancaster & Columbus areas for many years.We are seeking a full-time service Customer Service Representative/Rental coordinator with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work Monday - Thursday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, and Saturday from 7:00pm - 4:00pm. This individual is responsible for greeting customers, processing rentals, answering telephone calls, responding to customer questions and complaints, disclosing rates, terms and conditions of rental, and obtaining customer signatures.
