Qualifications :
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Essential) Expertise with Microsoft Office: 3 Years (Big Plus) Phone Mastery: 3 Years (Major Advantage) Customer Service Wizardry: 3 Years (Desirable) Administrative Mastery: 3 Years (Advantageous) Your Role :
