In this entry level role, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing excellent customer care, processing orders, and resolving any customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities A customer-focused attitude and patience for working with upset customers Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy work environment Proficiency with computers and various software programs High school diploma; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred While previous customer service experience is preferred, we will consider candidates with a strong customer service orientation who are looking to start their career in marketing/advertising.
