Minimum Qualifications:
Must meet one of the following Education and Experience qualifications:
1. LPN or with three years of experience as a LPN and certification as a Surgical First Assist, or
2. Surgical Technologist with three years of experience as a Surgical Technologist and certification as a Surgical First Assist and a Surgical Technologist, or
3. High School Education/GED with completion of Surgical First Assist Program and five years of Surgical First Assistant experience and certification as a Surgical First Assist Education verification includes HS Diploma or GED.
