4. **Customization:** Personalize cruise packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, including special occasions, dietary restrictions, and accessibility requirements.
5. **Price Negotiation:** Negotiate with cruise lines to secure the best rates, discounts, and exclusive perks for our clients.
6. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of cruise bookings, client information, and communication for reference and follow-up.
7. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests before, during, and after their cruise.

**Requirements:**
