CRM Support Analyst - Marketing and Corporate Affairs About the Role The CRM Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting enterprise-wide Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) initiatives. You will act as an internal consultant, providing expertise in business management, analysis, planning, project implementation, and financial operations.
Responsibilities Business Management: Support key initiatives through reporting, financial management, and resource planning. Oversee departmental plans, budgets, and performance metrics. Analyze resource needs and craft messaging materials for leadership. Manage vendors, agencies, and external partners. Financial Operations and Analysis: Execute invoicing processes and prepare financial reports. Assist with budget preparation and monitoring. Analyze data from multiple sources to generate reports and presentations for senior leadership. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses. Business Analysis and Planning: Develop business cases and proposals for new initiatives. Analyze current initiatives, evaluate progress, and identify areas for optimization. Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and recommendations. Project Implementation Leadership: Collaborate with MCA leaders to plan, execute, and close out key initiatives. Develop project roadmaps and communication materials for stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks. Define reporting metrics and track initiative progress. Operations Execution: Perform additional duties to support the growing MCA team. Qualifications 4-6 years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA). Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Client delivery and customer-facing experience a plus. Experience in conducting and presenting quantitative analysis. Experience working in complex organizations preferred.
