Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Crisis Specialist Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers hybrid capabilities for individuals living in or around the area.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area, Monday through Friday from 11 am to 8 pm, and be on-call as needed.
Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to staff in the Permanency Services Program.
Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
Preferred two (2) years of experience in Child Welfare.
