Company Profile Our client is an international manufacturer of point of purchase displays and decorative wire products. This is a job shop style factory environment that is not temperature controlled and certain areas may be very loud. Due to the variable nature of production requirements, employees are cross trained in multiple areas of the operation. This ensures both continuity in manufacturing as well as stability in employment for our Team Members. Given that, attendance is a critical success factor.

Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Crimping Machine Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)Utilize the crimping machines to crimp wires to be used in production of woven wire grilles.Set up crimping machines and verify correct set-up before beginning full production run of wires.Crimp each crimping order following production routers and rates.Determine/Create Weaving Schedule based on Raw Inventory levels and Woven Ship Schedule.Keep crimped wires clearly labeled, organized and in designated spots to prevent damage. Tag and store on racks.Inform Plant Manager and / or Product Manager immediately when encountering production problems, quality issues or equipment problems.Filling out rates and all information required on individual jobs (Crimping & Weaving Instructions / Routing).Daily housekeeping of all woven production areas.Offer suggestions and new ideas to improve production.Other duties as assigned Crimping Machine Operator Qualifications: Experience operating a Hi-loBasic math skills.Mechanically inclines.Ability to read and communicate in English.Stand, bend, stoop, twist, maneuver 8 - 10 hours.Ability to lift 25 - 50lbs.
