We are hiring immediately and offering a competitive hourly rate of pay between $13 - $16 per hour, with the potential to make up to $18.00 per hour when tips and bonuses are included. Maintaining friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards. Ensures the restaurant meets company standards concerning cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks. Complete all other duties. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, candidacy for the same is acceptable. 1-year of experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred but not required. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Basic math skills are required. Basic computer skills are required to operate POS (cash register). Physical Demands: This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm and cold temperatures. There will also likely be extensive lifting supplies and materials and moderate loud noise. Using hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects is required. Finger dexterity may be required for cash register use. There will be constant exposure to hot equipment and oil throughout the workday.
